This is a collection of 21 of my poems. It will be available in late 2010 as a download with profits going to local Lewes projects and charities.  It covers a period of great change and transition in my life. The period nearly took me down and I seriously wondered whether it was worth going on at one stage. I’m no longer in that space but the experiences made me a lot more compassionate with people who go through trouble and strife. We are all in transit virtually all the time. It’s part of our journey to recognize where we in that transition and see the trails and tribulations that come our way as opportunities for change and growth. All this might sound very ‘therapy land glib’, and not so easy to say to someone in the middle of a relationship break-up or a bankruptcy. However, it’s my reality, and was decisive in helping me to get through my own dark night of the soul. The journey and transition continues.

It’s tough out there in the ‘transit lounge’ so show some compassion for those in the throes of big change. We all have to do it on our own – but a bit of help, a friendly listening ear, and some support goes a long way.
